Are your soaps certified?
Yes all our soaps have been checked and certified according to EU & UK legislation regulations by a chemist and have been deemed safe for human use.
Do you have a full list of ingredients?
Yes! You can find everything you need to know about what goes into each soap on our About Our Soaps page, including what "possible" benefits each variant has.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely NOT! As an animal lover this would never ever happen. I did get lots of humans to test all my recipes tho :)
Do your soaps have an expiry date?
There's no set shelf life for handmade soap. A lot depends on the oils used and how it's stored. Like a fine wine or cheese, soap that is stored in a cool, dark place gets better with a little ageing. Time mellows the soap and allows it to get harder, helping it to last longer in the shower. It may however loose some of its scent if it is left unwrapped.
Can the whole family use your soaps?
Our products are fully natural so in theory they should be safe for all. Please read the ingredients to make yourself aware of any allergens that could affect you or your family specifically and take care when/if you are using on babies or young children.
Is your packaging plastic free?
Yes. All of it. Including our shipping boxes. In fact, they’re not just recyclable, they’re also recycled and mostly FSC certified sustainable.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to get your order out to you the next working day when possible. We post 1st class via Royal Mail within the UK and tracked internationally. Once it is in the postal system it is out of our hands as to how long it will take. Usually it arrives within a couple of days, but it can take longer, so please be patient.
Do you ship Internationally?
Not at the moment, sorry.

Where can I buy your soaps apart from online?
We sell our soaps at events too! Along with our other crafts, you can find out about our other products and where we will be trading on our dedicated trading website www.tandmartsandcrafts.co.uk
Can I order online and then collect locally?
At the moment my shop is on Etsy, I am in the process of building a shop for the website, which will enable you to collect locally or have it posted. In the meantime, if you would like to collect locally, send me an email and we can arrange this.
